Relative Frequency Distribution Table
Frequency Table is a table which depicts the data that occur more often. The frequency is found using the tally marks to record the number of times the values have occurred. 1t is a shown in a tabular form with columns to show the data item and the number of times the data item occurs. For instance, the number of grade 3 students who like strawberry milk shake or banana milk shake as their favorite drink.

Definition of Frequency Table can be given as the table which shows the frequency count or the tally for a variable or variables categorized. 1t can also be defined as given a set of data it is statistical record which shows how often each value occurs. 1t is used to summarize an ordinal data, categorical data and nominal data.

Grouped Frequency Table
1n a given set of data at times the data is widely spread out and hence it becomes difficult to construct a frequency-table for every given data value as we might have to create many rows in the table. 1n such a case, the data is grouped into small groups with a class width called the class interval for an easy organization and interpretation of the given set of data and finally analyze the data with ease. When we tabulate these grouped values we call it a Grouped Frequency-Table. To construct a grouped frequency-table we need to follow a set of rules: The classes should be non-overlapping that is a single value should not fall under two classes. There is continuity in the classes. For every data value there must be a class. There should be a uniform class width throughout and should be an odd number. For instance consider the data of 20 children participating in a painting competition conducted in a school

Relative Frequency Table
A fraction or proportion number of times a data value occurs is called the relative frequency. Let us consider the above example to write the relative frequency table.
